What we expect from you
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Communicate and promote features, benefits and value propositions of our product and services.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitch that highlight product /services benefits and effectively address objections.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services offered by the business.
- Recognize, document and alert management on trends in customer calls.
- Capture customer feedback.
- Forward customer requests to other departments for assistance.
- Visit potential clients.

Qualifications, Skills and experience required
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Insurance and Risk Management or similar degree from a recognized and reputable institution.
- At least 1 year relevant experience.
- Eager to learn.
- Passion for selling.
- Confident, outgoing and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Able to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
