đź› Key Responsibilities
As the Supply Chain Officer, you will play a central role in ensuring that Boltgas operates smoothly and cost effectively. Responsibilities include:
- Managing procurement: sourcing suppliers, negotiating terms, and creating procurement plans.
- Overseeing inventory control: tracking stock levels, proper storage, and loss prevention.
- Coordinating logistics: ensuring transportation and delivery are timely and cost-efficient.
- Analyzing data: monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance.
- Collaborating across teams: working with production, sales, and finance departments to ensure unified operations.
- Managing risk: identifying possible supply chain risks and developing contingency plans.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience Required
To be considered, you should meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced qualifications or certifications (CIPS, APICS, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in supply chain roles with solid expertise in procurement and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and communications skills.
- Proficiency with ERP or supply chain software such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage.
