🛠️ Key Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator, you will:
- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Monitor machine and process performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Perform scheduled deep cleaning of machinery and the packaging area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5 O’ Level passes, including English and Mathematics.
- A National Certificate in Machine Shop Engineering.
- At least 6 months’ experience in a packaging environment.
- A general understanding of Manufacturing and Environmental Management Systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
