Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Support the programme team with daily administrative and operational tasks.

- Liaise with field offices, cooperating partners, and local authorities to coordinate activities.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Completion of secondary school education.
- Additional training or coursework in business administration, social sciences, project management, or related fields is an asset.
Experience
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in administrative, programme, or operational support roles.
- Experience working with humanitarian organizations or development agencies is desirable.
- Proven ability to use standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Familiarity with data collection tools and reporting processes is an advantage.
Language
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required.
- Knowledge of English and/or local languages is an asset.
