Core Domains & Responsibilities

You could be assigned to one or several technical domains depending on your skills and the organization’s needs:

1. IT Operations, Networks & Cloud

  • Assist with network performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Help configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other critical infrastructure.
  • Support the deployment of cloud services on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Provide user support through helpdesk operations, troubleshooting tickets, and documenting solutions.

2. Cybersecurity & Compliance

  • Participate in the testing and adaptation of AI or generative AI models for internal projects.
  • Help design and deliver cybersecurity awareness campaigns and simulations.
  • Contribute to drafting and reviewing security policies and compliance frameworks.
  • Support risk assessment and incident response activities.

3. Application Development & Digital Engineering

Age & Academic Status:

  • You must be enrolled in a graduate programme (Master’s, PhD, or equivalent) or have graduated within the past 12 months.
  • Candidates with only a bachelor’s degree who have not started postgraduate studies are not eligible.

Languages & Skills:

  • Strong computer skills and experience using ICT tools.

  • The internship is unpaid, and interns are responsible for their own travel, visa, accommodation, and insurance arrangements.
  • Interns receive 2.5 days of leave per month.
