Role Overview
As an ICT Analyst (Data & People Analytics), you’ll support IFAD’s data-driven decision-making culture by managing, modeling, and analyzing complex datasets. Your work will enable HR, management, and other stakeholders to make strategic, evidence-based decisions on workforce planning, recruitment, staffing, and organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
As part of IFAD’s ICT team, your duties will include:
- Managing data pipelines for corporate and people data, ensuring accuracy and secure access.
- Cleaning, processing, and modeling data to support clear, actionable analytics.
- Designing dashboards and data visualizations using corporate tools for HR Analysts, Senior Managers, and external partners.
- Proposing data metrics and reporting methodologies to enhance workforce planning and organizational insight.
- Producing reports on KPIs, DEI indicators, workforce analytics, and strategic planning for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting units with visualizing and presenting data in engaging, decision-oriented formats.
- Troubleshooting and enhancing data systems and pipelines to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
